Ordering

Meal orders can be placed on this website or over the phone at (225) 372–3718. 

All Calorie-Portioned and A La Carte orders must be placed by Wednesday at midnight to be delivered out or picked-up for the following week. See below for our "By-the-Pound" ordering process. 

"By-the-Pound" orders can be picked up throughout the week, as long as you give us a 48 hours notice AND you email us at info@mymanagedmeals.com. 

NOTE: If you DO NOT notify us that you would like to receive your "by-the-pound" order within 48 hours, it will be placed with our other orders for the week and will be ready for delivery/pickup on Sunday. 

No! We do not require contracts. You can choose to order as needed. 

Simply select "auto-bill" when you check out to receive our uninterrupted meal service each week. Need to cancel your subscription? No problem! Simply email us at info@mymanagedmeals.com, or call us at 225-372-3718.

Your card will be charged every week, and you will receive our uninterrupted meal service unless you decide to cancel (with zero cancellation fees!) Upon signing up, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to make your entree selections each week (we make it super easy.) This is a great option that guarantees you will receive meals, regardless of whether or not you remember our Wednesday night deadline! 

Our Calorie-Portioned Plans are available for purchase by the week, by the month or on auto-draft. Our weekly option signs you up for one week only. You will need to log back into our website to place any additional orders. Our monthly option locks you in for four consecutive weeks, paid up front, at a discounted rate. Our auto-draft option bills you each week at the original plan cost, and guarantees you will receive meals every week until you cancel your subscription. If you choose our monthly option AND auto-draft, you will be auto-drafted one time/month at our discounted monthly rate.

Upon signing up, you will be instructed to text us at 225-424-1386, so we can put you in our automated menu text messaging service. Once enrolled, you will receive the new menu each week on Tuesday via text, and you will simply respond back to the text with your entree selections. It can't get much easier than that!

Of course! Just let us know before Wednesday at midnight, and we will grant you a full refund.

Food

Store all meals in the freezer to maintain maximum freshness throughout the week. Since our meals are already cooked, thaw in the refrigerator overnight and place into the microwave before enjoying. It really is that simple!

All of our containers are microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe. Please remove meals from our containers when heating in the oven.

Picking-Up/Delivery/Shipping

We have a few options for you:

1. If you do not live within our delivery area, but work within Baton Rouge, we can deliver your meals on our Monday morning route to your work address. Simply bring an ice chest with an ice pack (these are both available for purchase through us) to store your meals throughout the day.

2. Feel free to pick your meals up at our distribution center at 14141 Airline Hwy, Building 4, Suite Y on Sunday from 10-8:00pm or Monday and Tuesday from 6-8:00pm. 

3. If you live within Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Beaumont or Houston, we will ship your meals to you for a flat $20! See below for additional shipping information. 

We ship to Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Beaumont and Houston for a flat $20. Your meals will be shipped out on Monday, and arrive to you by the end of the day on Tuesday. Simply follow the instructions inside of your package, and you will be good to go!

Yes! You can add a reusable ice chest ($25) and refreezable ice pack ($5) to your order at checkout. 

Upon delivery, your driver will send a text message notification to the number you provide on the order form.

If we are unable to make a successful delivery (no one answers the door, or there is no ice chest and/or ice pack,) your meals will be taken back to our distribution center and it will be your responsibility to pick them up. View our "How it Works" page for directions to our distribution center.
